1. Veri Sorumlusu
AIStore platformu Türkiye'de faaliyet göstermektedir. Veri sorumlusu olarak kişisel verilerinizin korunmasından sorumluyuz.

Verilerinizi üçüncü taraflara satmıyor, kiralamıyor veya pazarlama amacıyla paylaşmıyoruz.
4. Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetler
- Supabase — Veritabanı ve kimlik doğrulama (AB sunucuları)
- OpenAI — AI yanıtı üretimi (mesajlar işlendikten sonra saklanmaz)
- Resend — E-posta gönderimi (sadece OTP kodları)
- Render.com — Backend sunucu
5. Çerezler
- Dil tercihinizi hatırlamak (localStorage)
- Giriş oturumunuzu sürdürmek (Supabase session)
- Uzman profil tercihlerinizi kaydetmek
Reklam amaçlı çerez veya izleme pikseli kullanmıyoruz.
6. Veri Güvenliği
- Tüm iletişim HTTPS ile şifrelenmektedir
- Şifreler asla düz metin olarak saklanmaz
- OTP kodları tek kullanımlık ve süreli geçerliliğe sahiptir
- Supabase Row Level Security (RLS) politikaları aktiftir
7. Haklarınız (KVKK / GDPR)
- Verilerinize erişim ve kopyasını talep etme
- Yanlış verilerin düzeltilmesini isteme
- Verilerinizin silinmesini talep etme ("unutulma hakkı")
- Veri işlemenin kısıtlanmasını isteme
- Veri taşınabilirliği hakkı

8. Veri Saklama Süresi
- Uzman profil verileri: Hesap aktif olduğu sürece
- Sohbet geçmişi: 90 gün
- Sayfa görüntüleme kayıtları: 12 ay
- OTP kodları: 1 saat
9. Çocukların Gizliliği
Platform 18 yaş altı bireylere yönelik değildir. 18 yaş altı kullanıcılara ait verileri bilerek toplamıyoruz.

AIStore platform operates in Turkey. As data controller, we are responsible for protecting your personal data.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Third-Party Services
- Supabase — Database and authentication (EU servers)
- OpenAI — AI response generation (messages not stored after processing)
- Resend — Email delivery (OTP codes only)
- Render.com — Backend server
5. Cookies & Storage
- Remembering your language preference (localStorage)
- Maintaining your login session (Supabase session)
- Saving expert profile preferences
We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
6. Data Security
- All communications are encrypted via HTTPS
- Passwords are never stored as plain text
- OTP codes are single-use and time-limited
- Supabase Row Level Security (RLS) policies are active
7. Your Rights (KVKK / GDPR)
- Right to access your data and request a copy
- Right to correction of inaccurate data
- Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")
- Right to restriction of processing
- Right to data portability

8. Data Retention
- Expert profile data: While account is active
- Chat history: 90 days
- Page view logs: 12 months
- OTP codes: 1 hour
9. Children's Privacy
The platform is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from users under 18.
